Our Vision

one2believe's passion is to help children learn important Bible lessons and to have them come to faith in Jesus. Our goal is to provide fun ways of teaching children about the greatest people who ever lived. Through the toys that we design children will learn and play out exciting stories about real people. Our toys teach children that there are real superheroes they can believe in!

one2believe has a great desire to support parents in their battle for their children's hearts and minds. We pray that parents will take the lead by engaging their children in faith and get them excited about Jesus. In Phillipians it speaks about pressing on, at one2believe we believe that we will either influence the world or the world will influence us.

Our Team

Dave Socha, founder

David Socha has been in the toy business just about his entire life. From working in his parent's gift store as a child, to starting a successful toy company, David always seems to be involved with toys. As CEO, David has been blessed to work with many talented people at one2believe as well as meet some of the greatest Christian leaders in the world today. Originally from Buffalo New York, David now lives in Southern California with his Proverbs 31 wife, and 2 wonderful and active children. In his free time David enjoys spending time with family, traveling to his favorite place the Holy Land, spending time at the ocean and playing ice hockey.

Randy Clark

Randy Clark has served as the Vice President of Sales since 2002. His primary focus is to promote product sales and maintain client relations. He enjoys the opportunity to interact with his clients and provide their product needs. He also loves to hear about the children, who come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, grow in their relationship with Him, and learn about the Bible through God's use of our Christian product!

Randy is married to "the love of his life", Rachael. They are excited to announce that they have recently been blessed with their first child. They faithfully attend and serve at their local church through various ministries. Besides long walks on the beach with his wife, Randy likes to play sports, workout, and spend time with friends & family... and he loves to watch "24".

Mike Laroe

Michael LaRoe has served as the Vice President of Business Development since 2002. His primary responsibility within the company is to identify and establish key relationships with other Christian ministries, executives, companies, and corporations. His secondary responsibility is to foster key relationships, which may lead to future business opportunities. Michael enjoys interacting with other decision-makers and he appreciates the challenges that come as one2believe strives to create unique Christian products, which set us apart from other companies.

Michael has recently graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling, and he enjoys using his gift of counseling to minister to others. In fact, as a ministry, he oftentimes travels to various Christian institutes to work with youth leaders and students. Michael and his wife, Maria, have been happily married since 2001 and they have two young children, Preston and Ella.

Josh Livingston

Josh Livingston has served at one2believe since 2005. He is the Executive Manager of Marketing and Public Relations. While employed here, one2believe has been covered extensively by the Los Angeles Daily News, Fox News, CNN.com, and many other media venues. He is also the Director of Blessed Toys, one2believe's work at home organization, which provides individuals an opportunity to introduce great Christian toys to their friends, family and surrounding community.

When not working, Josh enjoys playing ice hockey and spending time outdoors with his wife and four children.
